Report inaccurate information

Include these so the report can be checked against the clinic's own site:

• The address of the listing page (for example /clinics/clinic-name/).
• What is wrong: address, phone number, opening hours, or a fact in "Stated on the clinic's website".
• The correct detail, and a page on the clinic's own website that shows it.

Claim this business profile

Clinics do not pay for placement, and claiming does not change where a listing appears. A claim lets the clinic ask for its details to be corrected or a fact removed. Include:

• The address of the listing page and the clinic's name.
• Your name and your role at the clinic.
• An email address at the clinic's own website domain, so the request can be matched to that site.
